- Roster Performance Report: You can now export a roster report (in CSV format) that you can use to review and analyse performance of your teams.
- Queueing for Escalation rosters: Previously if there were no users on call for an escalation roster (eg due to shifts or leave) any escalations would fail. Now escalation rosters behave the same as team rosters, if nobody is available then escalations will be queued and once a valid user comes on call the issues will be escalated to them.
