I'm updating my previous review, changing to 2 stars from 3. * We can't see all our slack channels when trying to set up slack integration for a repo. Only a subset. I've figure out how to make the changes in the bitbucket db, but that's really bad. * Support hasn't been responsive to this issue at all - it's been months, and there has been a release since, but no help for this issue.

A step in the right direction, in that we can track our connections in a single location (+private repositories), and a single app can be used for multiple webhooks (vs. comparable BitBucket Slack plugins). There are still outstanding features we hope to get to make this product more usable: - View saved configuration for message format, and default message format to match Slack (author_name) - An API (REST) manner to update (& view) our many BitBucket Slack Connections - Misc cleanup around user configuration (redirects to malformed urls when authenticating to Slack, confusing users) So far, support has been responsive, why we give this 3 stars instead of 2
