poor error handling and unresponsive support

Our company was hoping to purchase this app after the free trial. We wanted to use it to import README.md files from our Github and Gitlab. - While it works "okay" for very basic marckdown, unfortunately as others have commented it support for code blocks does not work very well. I n Github it appears as one would expect, when it comes to confluence it either breaks or does not look good. - Links do not work, even though they appear as hyper links. Can not interact with them at all. No click right click or left click, nada nunca. - Does not pull in mermaid diagrams or even .png , .jpg files.

Unfortunately, it seems not to support GitLab on-premises
