Hi Marco,
Thanks for the view and the feedback, I'll pass it on. You may want to check out Easy Agile User Story Maps to see if it's more suited for the features you're looking for. If you have any more questions or feedback, please reach out to us at support@easyagile.com

Hi Yossi,
Thank you for your review and suggestions.- Unfortunately we are unable to show Epic progress on the Cloud version of Easy Agile Roadmaps. We are currently waiting on Atlassian to make the required API endpoint available to us, so that we can access Epic statistics. We have raised a ticket with Atlassian for this, and you can read more about it here.
- Currently the only timescales supported on the Roadmap are weeks, months and quarters. We do have an existing story on our backlog to show your Board's Sprints on your Roadmap, which I have made sure to add your vote and comments to. As an interim solution to help with the creation of fictitious Jira versions, could you create 'Date Markers' rather than new Jira Versions to visualise your Sprints on the Roadmap? This would allow you to visualise Sprint timeboxes on your Roadmap without overloading the fix versions.
Thanks Yossi, if you have any other questions or suggestions please also feel free to reach out to our team at support@easyagile.com

Thanks for your feedback on our app.
- Epic progress is visible on the card for Server customers. It is shown just below the epic colour and you can hover over to see more details.
- We have a story in our backlog to see sprints within the roadmap. I have added your vote to the ticket and we will reach out when the feature is available.
- We love to hear more about how you define teams so we can consider an appropriate solution for you.
- We would be keen to learn more about what you're thinking for this last point as we can see how lots of themes and epics would make high level communications more difficult.
Please feel free to send through any additional details to support@easyagile.com so we can assist you further.
Thanks again for taking the time to provide this feedback,
Elizabeth, Product Manager, Easy Agile

Hi Luke,
Thanks for your 4 star review.
We appreciate it and the team were very happy when they read your feedback.
Have a great day,

Hi Simon,
Thanks for the feedback. We have an issue on our backlog to display sprints on the Roadmap. I've added added a vote for you and we'll let you know when it is available.
We're looking at ways to improve the legibility of shorter schedules and really appreciate your suggestions. I've expanded the story on our Backlog for this issue with your comments. Thanks a lot!
Jared Kells, Developer, Easy Agile

Hi Nicolas, thanks for the feedback.
We have a story on our backlog to display sprints on the roadmap. I've made a note to follow up here and let you know when it is available.
As for your second query, we can not generate a date-based roadmap within issues, can you elaborate? I'm not quite sure what you are looking for here. Happy to switch to email (support@easyagile.com) if you prefer.
Thanks so much, have a great day.
Regards,
Nick Muldoon, Product Manager, Easy Agile

UPDATE: Easy Agile Roadmaps now supports displaying issues of any type.Hi Gerald, thanks for your feedback.
Easy Agile Roadmaps is focused on proving a Product Manager, team and stakeholder's a high-level visualisation of a product for a set period of time. Where other tools might focus on giving the Technical Program Manager a Gantt-style, granular overview of the program as a whole, we made the conscious decision not to include user stories to keep this visualisation high-level. You can read more about our philosophy around this distinction in this blog post.

Hi Alan, thanks for the feedback.
We've had a story for that on the backlog for a long time. Your review spurred the team into action and I'm happy to say that our just released version 3.3.5 includes the ability to customize the color of the date markers.
With respect to the custom symbols / icons on date markers - are you just looking to add emoji to the name of that date marker? If so, you can do that today - I just tested and it's actually quite neat.
Thanks so much Alan, greatly appreciate your feedback.
Regards,
Nick Muldoon, Product Manager, Easy Agile

Many apologies for this bug, it's quite embarrassing. We have a story on our development backlog to fix PDF export for non-English characters, and will be sure to reach out as soon as we release a fix.
Kind Regards,
Easy Agile Support Team

Hi Andrey,
Board Administrators are able to edit the roadmap. If you want to have a separate roadmap that the team can't edit I recommend you copy the existing agile board and make yourself the only board administrator.
Thanks Andrey.

Pricing FAQ
- How does cloud app pricing work?
Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.
When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.
If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.
- How do I determine my cloud pricing?
Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.
The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:
- Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
- Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
- Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.
Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.
- Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?
Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.
- Can I extend my free trial?
For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
Pricing FAQ
- How does server app pricing work?
Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).
You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).
If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.
- How do I determine my server pricing?
Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. For Jira 7.0 or later, the app tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed Jira products on your instance. For example, if you're running Jira Software (500 users) and Jira Service Management (25 agents) on the same instance, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. For versions of Jira prior to 7.0, the app tier should match the licensed user tier for Jira. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Jira license, the two licenses should match exactly.
- Can I install this app in a Data Center product?
Yes, this app has a Data Center approved version. If you're using a Data Center product, you should install the Data Center version of the app.
- What type of license do I need if I'm using this app in a Data Center product?
Because this app has a Data Center approved version, you should purchase a Data Center license for the app.
If you already own a server license for this app, you can continue using the server license in your Data Center product for a limited period of time.
- Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for server apps?
For server apps, academic licenses are available at a 50% discount if you have an academic license for your Atlassian product.
Community and open-source licenses are available for server apps. Learn more about community and open source licenses.
- Can I extend my free trial?
For server apps, you can extend your app trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the app listing in UPM from your Atlassian product, and you're all set.
- How can I buy apps for my legacy Jira Server or Confluence Server license?
If you own a legacy Jira Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy app pricing is no longer available. You have two options for app purchasing:
- Purchase the app at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
- Renew your Jira or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the app at the same tier.
