Doesn't seem to do anything on my Cloud instance, it just loads a link that takes me to the plugin home page and nothing else. I cannot use this to log tickets. There doesn't seem to be any configuration that I can update neither so it appears to do nothing at all.

Hi Chris, the plugin for JIRA Cloud version needs install a plugin in the Chrome Browsers. ( In JIRA Server it's not necessary).
