Seems interesting, we'll probably get a try when choosing which project(s) available as anonymous functionnality will be released

Plugin is overpriced and essentially worthless. It allows me to SEE the customer portal but when I try to raise on a request on behalf of a user it STILL takes me to the login prompt, so I can't raise a ticket without logging in. (Using JSD 3.2.10)

As discussed with this user, this is because they are using a custom authenticator which interferes with ours. We will look into it as we currently do not support custom authenticators or Crowd SSO

Makes ALL portals anonymous (I think I misread that) with no way to change them, which doesn't work for us. Didn't try any embedding or anything as the help-desk mentions how most the features in the overview are in development. Other than that it would work fine... Ah, I thought it said it on the overview, but it says "things we're looking to add" My bad. I'm sorry, yeah, it's something that I would like a lot if possible.
