Smartsheet Connector for Jira

I liked the product, but the support from Smartsheet is very POOR. I have never encountered such a pathetic support in my entire career. It is been almost one month, and we are trying to integrate Smartsheet with Jira, but with no success. Support team comes back with same standard statement and never agrees to connect on a call and solve the problem. They are very good at wasting time. Unfortunately, I don't have any option to select ZERO Stars.

Stupidly & prohibitvly expensive for SME's. Used and loved Smartsheet in my previous role, I wanted to introduce it into my new business and integrate with the existing Jira implementation however the pricing means it will not happen.

Too expensive !

I love Smartsheet and introduced the product to many organizations with success. I also like JIRA very much and think the two are a great marriage. However the pricing on this connector is absolutely ridiculous for a small organization. $1500 / year + $800 setup is super steep when the cost of 3 Smartsheet licenses for the year is barely over $500. Its forcing me to have to find an alternative to connect my two systems or dump the entire program.
