We have had no response from support since April 2024. There are two malfunctions, we pay but there is no resolution. Could you please reply to my colleague : Timothée, CTO @widop Thank you

Comparing the integration I can get using Clickup + Toggl, this integration still have much space to improve. One of the great points is that the time entry logged in both side is prone to be mismatched. Hence it needs manual intervention to get the time logged in Jira correct. I'm willing to address this issue if there is an online GitHub repository for this integration.
