You can easily manage space files in xml format, create copies and import what you need. This feature is accessible from the Confluence administration section.
Backup spaces in XML format
You may backup your space files separately by exporting them, and reimport them easily on another server.
Import pages, templates, blogposts, history
You may import pages only, or templates only, ignore the history and blogposts, make your selection.
Gaia Space Importer lets Confluence administrators import spaces that where previously exported from Confluence and are saved in XML.ZIP format.
Import is accessible from the Confluence Administration menu. Administrator shall supply a valid file, space name and space key and voilà!
+ Backup your spaces under the XML.ZIP format, and reimport them when you need them.
+ Create duplicates of your spaces (act as a space copy) as every import will be renamed.
+ Transfer spaces from one Jira instance to another
+ Transfer spaces exported from Confluence Cloud to your server instance
