More details

These days, Controlled Project Management is not fully compatible with Confluence 6.2.0.

The problem is in the Collaborative Editing feature:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/unable-to-edit-any-pages-in-confluence-6-x-due-to-collaborative-editing-867362716.html

Disabling it ensures the plugin is working again.

Atlassian support has been contacted for this issue.
