SLA PowerBox - On Time Service Delivery

After we migrated from JSM to Jira Software Cloud we lost the native Jira SLA metrics. We evaluated various SLA apps and this one seems to have most of our use cases supported. It provides us with custom configuration to support all our custom logic. There are still some reporting changes we are working with further improve the SLA metrics app.
