    Rarely you will find another application for Jira that is so much thought through enabling your teams to do what they need to do. Increasing visibility in projects and their initiatives, using Assets not only brings capabilities to manage your physical and or meta-physical assets in Jira. Also managing bigger projects and programs using the interlinks and well thaught through ui elements does make our users more and more happy working with Jira. Essentially this AddOn brings functionality Jira should bring out of the box. Combined with STAGIL Tables, some hierarchy planning tools and other automation tools you can increasy visiblity and usability, as also viability for your users. 4 of 4 stars!

    A very useful app to build up complex hierarchies in Jira. We use it to manage and track our SAP configuration so we are able to see the progress of every implementation phase. Additional we display the hierarchy in BigPicture.

    A very good Plugin that allows us to create and structure individual links between one or more projects or within a project. Also the integrated Graph is a great addition to graphically visualize dependencies within a Project, e.g. Interfaces between Applications. Furthermore Stagil Assets allows us to break the 3-level hierachy from Jira Standard. We can choose the amount of hierachy levels we need. We use this Addon in a lot of our projects and can recommend it to everyone who require dependency visualisation above Jira Standard, e.g. present a part of the content from one Ticket in another Ticket.

    Great app to get custom project management structures into Jira! With STAGIL Assets' relations, we are able to cluster our issues the way we need with the amount of hierarchy levels we need! We especially like the way this app is integrated into Jira standard functionalities like fields, links and filters. All in all, very recommendable product!

    Great Plugin! Much more useful than the typical Issue linking in Jira, especially if you wish to build a project for managing your company's Assets and products. You can rely on the plugin to build/get a full overview of your products /applications and their relationship to the IT ASSETs on which the products/applications depend on

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).
