Very useful extension for us and extraordinary fast support and bugfix within hours. Yes, like Gilbert Stein wrote, you can't place the controls in a table. This is, what we are wishing too, but it's not the most important feature for us. It's much more than a wrapper around the standard checkboxes in Confluence. With this controls you can design complex pages (e.g. with sections and columns) without going in to the danger, it will be destroyd by inputs. Furthermore you can develop individual dialogs in as a sequence (like wizards) by using the placeholders.

We have been using the app in our company for seven years and are very happy that it exists. The ability to insert fields that can be changed without always having to edit the entire page is a huge relief in the workflow. The support is exemplary and responds to queries within a few hours. There are regular updates and bugs are fixed quickly. Although the price has risen somewhat in recent years, it is still fair for the scope of services.

having the same pricing for a team of 3 and a team of 500 is pretty unfair. Very small teams don't even stand a chance to have an app like this

Sorry, not for us to use. Really easy done and prgrammed. Seemed to be a graphical background for checkboxes. For us not to use after tests because not working in tables for our meeting notes, no documents for Dropdown Cascade Our requirement was to have checkboxes in Confluence which are not in the task report. Only to check if a participant is in the meeting or like checklists you need for a trip which you can check without editing the page. There is no solution in Atlassian Marketplaces so far I found.
