Add Date Picker to your page. You can update the date live without Editing the page. Use this to keep track of changes or tracking when tasks where updated.

Add a Dropdown list to your page and users can select options or choices without Editing the page.

This add-on has the following features

    1. Feedback Comments

This provides a simple mechanism to obtain Live feedback from readers of the Confluence content, either private or public sites. It allows for logged in users or even anonymous users to provide feedback to the authors, similar to the Atlassian "Leave Feedback" functionality in their online help pages.

    2. Live Macros

Users can add macros to Confluence pages, and using these macros, the page content can be modified without needing to Edit the page itself.

These macros can be used for forms, task lists, choices or just reminders on the page. There are a number of macros to use, download now and give it a try.

If you have any additional requirements, please add an improvement idea using the Support link.

Datepicker works, but after page refresh field is not initialized. I see next data in source code for date field: type="text" value="5 Apr 2017" Also I found this warning in console: The specified value "5 Apr 2017" does not conform to the required format, "yyyy-MM-dd".

Hi KC Integrations team, you have realized for me one of the most important & missing feature in Confluence. Now I can create and use a drop-down list. Many Thanks One Problem: we use your macro within tables and we want to filter the table with the "Table Filter & Charts Macro" (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.stiltsoft.confluence.plugin.tablefilter.tablefilter/server/overview). But the "Table Filter & Charts Macro" recognizes not the selceted value of the drop-down list, but all possible values in one string. As result filtering and sorting does not work for columnes including your macro. It would be fantastic if sorting and filtering would be possible

    Hi there,

Great request, I have implemented this for 3 of my macros, Dropdown, Radio Selection and DatePicker. I tested with standard Confluence table sorting and works great.

    Please check out version 1.8...

Hi KC Integrations team, your Live Input Macros is a Great plugin!!! As already written it is realy difficult to find a plugin to add a simple dropdown or a textbox without login. It would be fantastic if text changes were documented in the history

    Hi there,

I am currently working on improving the text-box macro as this is becoming really popular. Including saving the contents on the page so that history is preserved and tracked. Hopefully this won't be too far away.

    Cheers

This seems to be working perfectly for me so far. It's amazing how difficult it is to find a free plugin to add a simple dropdown in Confluence - and this seems to work. Great work!

Hi KC Integrations team, Since Live Input Macros has been installed on our Confluence server, we get a lot of error logs in the "atlassian-confluence.log" file : "2018-06-18 09:00:45,885 ERROR [http-nio-8080-exec-53] [net.kentcom.liveinput.UserPermissionServlet] doGet java.lang.NumberFormatException: null -- referer: http://$URL_CONFLUENCE/confluence/pages/createcustom.action?useDraft=true&spaceKey=$SPACE_KEY&draftId=604145884&draftShareId=&& | url: /confluence/plugins/servlet/liveinput/2/userPermissionServlet | traceId: a427d3f2cbfdf8aa | userName: $USER_ID" It does not seem to bother users so far but still, I'm a bit concerned. Can you help us please ? Thanks.

    Pricing FAQ

How does server app pricing work?

Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my server pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. The app tier should match the licensed user tier of the Atlassian product. For example, if you have a Confluence license for 500 users, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Atlassian product license, the two licenses should match exactly.

Can I install this app in a Data Center product?

This app does not have a Data Center approved version. Only apps meeting a set of performance requirements for large, clustered environments are approved for Data Center.

However, while server apps are built for single-server deployments, many customers successfully install them in Data Center products. If you're using a Data Center product, Atlassian recommends you contact the vendor to determine compatibility at scale.

Learn more about Data Center approved apps

What type of license do I need if I'm using this app in a Data Center product?

Because this app does not have a Data Center approved version, you should purchase a Server license if you decide to install this app in a Data Center product.

Learn more about Data Center licensing

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for server apps?

For server apps, academic licenses are available at a 50% discount if you have an academic license for your Atlassian product.

Community and open-source licenses are available for server apps. Learn more about community and open source licenses.

Can I extend my free trial?

For server apps, you can extend your app trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the app listing in UPM from your Atlassian product, and you're all set.

How can I buy apps for my legacy Jira Server or Confluence Server license?

If you own a legacy Jira Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy app pricing is no longer available. You have two options for app purchasing:

    • Purchase the app at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your Jira or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the app at the same tier.
