This is a fantastic tool that has been incredibly useful over the last year. Its probably saved me thousands of clicks by being able to search for users and groups and perform bulk actions that otherwise would need to be done one by one. The filtering available gives lots of flexibility and being able to upload a list of users is quite helpful too. Having a negative search (eg. all users NOT in group) is something I didn't know I was missing in my life, now I can't live without it! We've also found the user insights and activity reporting to be handy to ensure we're making good use of our product licenses. Overall a really practical app that fills several gaps in the standard user management systems and makes my life as a Jira admin a lot easier!

      Hi Lassi,

We have updated our overview to be a little clearer, apologies for the confusion.

User Management has two types of connections, one to the entire Atlassian organisation, and one to an individual Jira cloud site. Our app does not currently support bulk delete for the organisation, but does support bulk delete from a Jira cloud site. Deleting from the site does not remove managed users from the "managed users" page of the organisation. In the admin UI - Atlassian have changed the name of this functionality to “Revoke site access”. We have a little more info here: Supported filters and actions.

We are planning to add bulk delete for the organisation connection shortly. This will completely delete managed users and remove them from the "managed users" page of the organisation. We hope you will give our app another go once we have added this functionality.
