The support team is very responsive and knowledgeable about providing clarifications to the questions asked. The bulk user actions saves time.

I tried csv export and bulk user action. I was able to complete in a matter of seconds a process that would have taken an enormous amount of time using Confluence's standard features. It's very useful.

I am managing JIRA/Confluence for non profit (Isha Yoga Foundation) where lot of people are working part time and sometimes come and go. Having this particular plugin makes make user clean up and administration super easy. Csv export ability, in particular, means that I can get user list quickly without hassle and without giving administrative permissions to other people. Much thanks!
