  Hi 동욱,

Four stars for BigTemplate is good to see, thank you. Teams lean on it to turn Jira data into polished PDF, Word, and Excel files from reusable templates, so reports go out the way stakeholders expect.

If you ever want help shaping a template around a specific report, we would love to hear from you at our support portal.

  Hi Fatima,

Three stars reads like "almost, but not quite". We'd like to know what sits in the gap.

A quick note at our support portal about what the exports are missing would help us close it.

  Best regards,

Very disappointed with BigTemplate. It started throwing errors out of nowhere, forcing us to stop our ongoing maintenance as we could not extract the reports to be signed and handed to the client on the spot. Reaching out to the support, we were informed that they are working on it and are planning to deploy a fix on the 14th of december. Are you kidding me? Today is the 5th. The cutoff for maintenance is tomorrow. You plan on taking 2 weeks to fix something that you probably broke yourself, while it was working perfectly fine??? We were considering an increase in our number of seats on the app but since you are not serious at all with providing a proper service, we might as well build our own Jira app for this. It will likely take less time to do than it is taking you to fix your app!
