Summary: Fix for Jira Allowlist used with load balancers, add issue type comment filter
Details: We're happy to announce the release of Backbone 5.23.2, fixing an issue where the Jira Allowlist enforcement introduced in 5.23.0 could block valid Data Center instances behind load balancers. We've also introduced the ability to specify for which issue types comments apply and resolved a sync failure affecting sub-tasks when epic link syncing was enabled between Data Center and Cloud, and made several UI improvements.
