The Salesforce adapter in ConnectALL lets you strengthen customer relations in collaboration with ITSM, development and other DevOps teams. When Atlassian apps are integrated with Salesforce, information related to customer requests and case management flow bi-directionally between teams – providing end-to-end traceability.
Artifacts: ConnectALL supports the integration of Accounts, Cases (including comments), Standard Objects, Custom Objects, and Attachments in Salesforce.
Use Case
Salesforce with Jira Service Desk: When a customer reports a defect, the customer service agent registers a case in CRM system. The case is replicated to Jira Service Desk where developers interact manage all development. Developers access customer contact information in Jira Service Desk to interact and gather more information to rectify a defect. The defect is resolved and the case is closed. All development issues can be tracked against a particular case in the CRM system.
