Use case
Integrate ServiceNow with Jira Software: A customer reports an incident and it is tracked in ServiceNow. ConnectALL replicates the incident as a bug in Jira Software. The development team works on the reported bug. As the issue is rectified, all the updates flow back to the service ticket and the customer is updated automatically.
