    Hello, you wrote in your documentation "...but allow you to define exact working hours for each day" in the working plans section, but it is only possible to add full hours like 7 or 8. In some countries they have 7.5 working hours like in Finland and I am not able to configure this. Is this just not possible or is there a hint to to it? Other Add-ons like Tempo are able to handle this easily. br, Volker

    Hi Volker, I really appreciate your comment. In the current version of BigPicture/Enterprise you can set 7.5 hours per day, as well as things, such as 8:34, I just tested this behaviour with our customer success team. but I acknowledge your point might have been legit back in 2017. Marcin

    Thanks, Stelio for the stars! One thing that comes to my mind is that one needs the 'regular' BigPicture to use BigPicture Enterprise. Now, what extras does the Enterprise extension deliver? It brings more of a portfolio-/solution-level outlook on top of the 'standard' multiple-program view. And more reporting (Metrics) features, too.

    I'm testing the tool at the moment and it's absolutely super slow. Almost impossible to work with the gantt. I hope this gets better. Otherwise I love the tool and the implementation. Of course many interesting stuff is missing, but the biggest problem is, that it is super slow.

    We use it for planning/monitoring our multi discipline projects. Project managers use the GANTT for rough planning and monitoring, team leaders do the fine grained planning and assignment of tasks in Resource view. Of course we have additional wishes to support our way of working but we're quite happy so far. The support is really good, we had some issues which were solved in good time.

    Plugin provide some additional functionality, which is fair. Comparing the additional functionality which is mainly to enable various team boards to be sync'ed with a program doesn't really make sense. The "Metric" functionality, doesn't work unless you ALSO purchase the Metrics Add-on - however, it is only available for the cloud platform. Why advertising it, or ven making it visible for the hosted server platform if it cannot be used? The little additional functionality as a dependent add-on really cannot justify the $10,000 price tag - reduce the price to a quarter of the price or at least add the metrics functionality to it and include it for the server platform.

    Hi Ben, many thanks for your review. As of June 2019, we have the features of Metrics merged with BigPicture Enterprise, and we've withdrawn the standalone Metrics app from Atlassian Marketplace. We're also looking at another significant upgrade to BigPicture Enterprise later in 2019 - https://softwareplant.com/jira-ppm-boxes/#bp-vs-bpe - the pro-PPM 'Boxes' module, that will replace the current Program Manager, will be more customizable in the Enterprise extension than in the 'regular' BigPicture.

    We're also continually reviewing the pricing, BPE for Jira Server now starts at $10, but you are right as long as the 10000+ users tier is concerned.

    Hi Yuanzaiyu. Metrics is now a BigPicture Enterprise for Jira Server feature. You can use scripts on your database and populate fields using Rest API or manually.

    What's more, we expect the 'regular' BigPicture 7.5 release in several months. It will have developed reporting features, compared to the current BigPicture 7.     How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance.
