QMetry - Test Management for Jira (QTM4J)

I have been trying to get in touch with someone from support for several months now. I have tried chat, the support portal, and entering in a support ticket. I called the SmartBear corporate number which gave me the email address of someone. I emailed that person a couple of times, and no one is responding to me. I'm at the point where I'm starting to look at other applications if I'm unable to get support. Update: The issue ended up being on our end. Despite my asking our network folks to see if emails were being blocked and being told 'no', emails were actually being blocked. I got the issue fixed on our end and received the needed assistance.
