Very good for basic SQL functionality. Sadly nested queries are only possible without variable injection. Support is effectively not present, as all support requests I had in the past were simply ignored. Nevertheless useful.

Hi Moritz,
I would like to express my sincerest apology for the unresponsive support. We've identified the factors which led to this issue and have made additional adjustments to ensure this not happening again in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We have reviewed our support queue and all of your open requests have been responded to or resolved.
We're currently investigating capabilities regarding nested queries without a variable injection, and would love to discuss your use case further. I would also like to mention that we offer hands-on support, including 1-on-1 video consultations for all customers who purchase the app.
Please feel welcome to reach out at anytime regarding any of the above.
Kind Regards,
Kerrod Williams, M20 Technology

This truly is a wonderful product. The Reporting Connector for SQL Databases extends ServiceRocket’s Reporting add-on and allows it to to integrate data from various SQL databases with your own Confluence data. This allows for sophisticated reports to be built right within a Confluence page and ServiceRocket's customers love this powerful ability to extend Reporting.

Samaritans uses this product on our Intranet. Our Intranet is used by 20,000 providing an invaluable service to the general public. We have been using Confluence for a number of years and this add on is key functionality which is embedded into and integral to our pages. Thank you for enabling us to use this! The Scaffolding plugin is essential to store structured data in Confluence manually. This data can be used to generate powerful reports on this data from different views using the reporting plugin. In the beginning for example we only had a static page (an inventory table) to list the specification of our IT systems. The page was growing and growing until it was almost unusable. It took a lot of seconds to load and was crammed with required information for many purposes. Scaffolding and Reporting improved the situation a lot by creating simple reports for different purposes. But in our IT organization with a lot of automated processes documentation also needs to be automated as much as possible. The Reporting Connector for SQL Databases integrates into the Reporting plugin. It helps to combine the more or less static information (e.g. about a system support contracts) stored by Scaffolding with automatically generated information by scripts (like software versions) stored in an SQL database. There is simply an attribute as keyword required in both stores to join the data to a report, in our case mentioned above it is the fully qualified hostname. The Reporting Connector for SQL Databases (in conjunction with Scaffolding and Reporting) gives us the flexibility to present our collected data on the current state in all views basically as we need it. A great plugin we had been looking for quite long! Thanks to Michael and M20 Technology for the assistance and for letting us participate during the beta phase!
