5 Months jira 11 and no update for this plugin :-( We need this app! We cant update all our instances cause of missing compatibility

Great app, but support for Jira 11 has been missing for months. Our users currently have to use the default dashboards and would like to see rich filters brought back. We hope a compatible version will be released as soon as possible.

I see several posts online where this app has not been updated for Jira 11.3. It's been months since Jira 11.3, and this app is core for our setup. Without it, we would have to get different addons to create queues, or rely on the garbage native Jira dashboards. Really hope they publish some sort of timeline or roadmap, as we cannot move forward with updating PROD to 11.3, and need to stay on 10.3 (previous LTS)

  We want to be transparent about where things stand. Jira 11 introduced some major architectural changes, and supporting them properly means we’ve needed to rebuild key parts of our core engine. This work is focused on making sure everything continues to perform reliably at the level you expect from us.

  While we don’t have a confirmed release date to share just yet, bringing Rich Filters to Jira 11.3 (LTS) is our top priority for Data Center. Our team is actively deep in development and testing to get this right.

We've been using Rich Filter since before it was bought by AppFire. In January we've updated our JIRA instance to 11.3.1 and its March and they still don't have a release "because of wider version adoption". We are facing huge disruptions in reporting because of this and they are not even willing to at least provide us a beta version. I am very disappointed that we pay for a product that its not supporting their clients!
