Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards

Very handy tool and when in doubt, their support team helps very good and very promptly as well.

Dear Reader, I'm not an end-user so I cannot tell you about the add-on itself, but what I can tell you is the level/quality of Support. In my case the root cause was found by them and not only that , they got in contact with the other add-on vendor's support (where the root-cause was found), explained the issue and included me in their ticket to further follow up. The answer could have easily been: "It's not our add-on that has this issue.", but instead they went beyond to put their client back on track towards a solution! Absolutely fantastic tool. Love how easy it and intuitive it is to configure. The support from Dan is first class. Always get a speedy and helpful response. Gone are the days when we had to export data to Excel and do things manually with data that quickly gets stale. With Rich Filters, we do our filtering real-time with guaranteed fresh data.
