Friendly support, and the vendor is very cooperative to integrate Rich Filters with other Jira apps.

      Hi Ulrich,

Making Rich Filters play well with the other apps in a Jira instance is a two-way effort, so we're pleased that part has felt easy from your side. The third-party app support page lists which apps the gadgets integrate with and how far each integration goes.

I'll make sure the support engineers hear about this one too, and should the next app on your dashboards raise a question, a ticket with us goes to those same engineers.

      Cheers,

An excellent, user-friendly plugin. Support is fast. After updating Jira, an issue arose, but it was quickly resolved with a plugin update.

      Hi Александр,

Thank you. Glad the issue after your Jira update was resolved quickly, and that support kept pace when it mattered.

Good to hear the filters feel user-friendly in daily use, that is where most of our effort goes.

If anything comes up after a future upgrade, our support portal is the fastest way to reach us.

      Cheers,

Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards has significantly improved the way we interact with Jira dashboards on a daily basis. Instead of static views, we now have a much more dynamic and responsive experience when exploring data. What makes a real difference is the flexibility it brings—being able to quickly filter, slice, and drill down into issues directly from the dashboard saves a lot of time. It allows teams to focus on insights rather than spending effort navigating through multiple screens. From an end-user perspective, this add-on makes dashboards far more practical and usable, especially when dealing with large and complex datasets. It turns Jira dashboards into something that actually supports decision-making, not just reporting. If your team relies heavily on dashboards for tracking progress and performance, this app is definitely worth having. Really solid work from the Appfire team—the improvement in usability is immediately noticeable! 🚀

      Hi Huu,

Filtering and drilling into issues straight from the dashboard, rather than clicking through screen after screen, is the day-to-day you describe, and that's the workflow Rich Filters is there to carry. If anything ever snags, you can reach our team through our support portal.

      Cheers,

Great app, but support for Jira 11 has been missing for months. Our users currently have to use the default dashboards and would like to see rich filters brought back. We hope a compatible version will be released as soon as possible. Update: After a half-year delay a compatible new version has been released. Throughout this period Priyal provided us with an alpha version for testing and kept us updated on the development process. We appreciate his support and communication during this time.

      Hi JB,

Thanks so much for being a long-time Rich Filters user, we really appreciate it! I completely understand how frustrating it can be to switch back to the default dashboards. Once you’ve experienced the flexibility and visibility Rich Filters offers, the standard views can definitely feel limiting.

I wanted to let you know that our engineering team is actively working on Jira 11 compatibility. Supporting the new Jira architecture is a top priority for us, and we’re focused on bringing those advanced filtering capabilities back to your instance as soon as we can.

In the meantime, feel free to keep an eye on our documentation and release notes for updates on the new version. And if you’d like us to notify you directly (or if you have any questions about your specific setup) you’re always welcome to reach out here: our support portal.

We’ll also be sure to follow up as soon as we have a confirmed release date to share.

Thanks again for your patience and support!

      Best,

Paweł, Customer Success Team | Appfire
