Doesn't work and there is no support. I followed the (tedious) instructions to setup workflow, issues types, etc and when I press "activate" I get an error saying failed and to contact the app developer. Unfortunately--there is no way to do that at all. The "get support" button takes you to a "ecosystem" Jira project that has no ability to create a ticket, and the project seems unmonitored.
