Really easy to get going with this app and could successfully pull data into Tableau Desktop but cannot get it to work on the server to allow automatic refresh of extracts. Followed all the documentation, whitelisted the web server to no avail. Emailed Appfire support twice but no feedback. Disappointed. No value if we cannot get the JIRA extracts automatically refreshed on the server
