Choose the information you want to be displayed for both compact and detailed views of Jira widget in Omnidesk. You can customize Omnidesk add-on for Jira too.
The add-on and the Omnidesk itself are currently available only in Russian.
THE Jira APP WITHIN OMNIDESK:
- Jira data is displayed in the Omnidesk sidebar on the case's page. You can configure what Jira info is shown both in compact and detailed views.
- Omnidesk cases can be linked to any existing Jira issues.
- Creating new Jira issues with all the information needed from within Omnidesk.
- Notifying a Jira user through a private note.
THE OMNIDESK ADD-ON IN Jira:
- Public comments and private notes of linked Omnidesk cases are displayed in the Omnidesk activity tab within Jira.
- Links to Omnidesk cases for checking the full conversations between the customer and support agent.
- Linked Omnidesk cases displayed in the sidebar of the corresponding Jira issues.
- Jira user can send notifications to support agents.
