performance and sync issues, aswell we could not update our java version for a long time because java 11 support was missing, with the new version thats supported but the new version does not work at all.

we appreciate your feedback for our current version and our development should never cause any new problems in the daily usage of the plugin. You are right: with our latest version we are supporting JIRA Software 8.20.1 (LTS-version) and Java 11.
As your are facing "performance and sync issues" we would like to understand these issues in detail in your specific use cases!

sounds great - can you please add support for 8.4x and 8.5.x we use Jira 8.4.2 and BA 10.7.1
