CRM Suite: Contact List for Confluence

We use CRM Suite since a while and really like the Confluence and JIRA integration and simplicity of use.

We've just started using this app, but we already find it very useful and powerful.

Hi, I've installed your Evaluation Version 2.0.7 of the CRM Suite in my Confluence Server Test environment (Confluence Server 6.12.1 on PostgreSQL 9.6) . As fas as I can see now it will fit completely to my needs. There's only one competition left: When I added the CRM Macro to a page where I want to show only the table of contacs of a single company there is an empty CQL field. But I didn't get it which syntax will show me only the contacs of company by exampe 'maxiburgers' >>Company:"maxiburgers"<< doesn't work also like >>"maxiburgers" in company<< What are the concrete fieldnames for the CQL Couldn't find any CQL example in your documentation. This would be very helpful. Would appreciate your helpful feedback.

  Thank you for your feedback. We will prepare a CQL documentation for our add-on soon.

  In the meantime, please try the following:

  • Company ~ maxiburgers (could be "maxiburgers ltd" or "maxiburgers gmbh")
  • Company = maxiburgers (exact match required)

  Please let me know, whether this is successful. Otherwise, we are going to solve it together.

I have installed 2.0 version ,new feature of custom filed is very useful, but i found a bug, after custom filed was added， it was not shown in the [Fields and Layouts], but was shown in the contact list. I can not delete or edit it any more. Waiting for solution .

  Can you please provide the following information? We need to reproduce the problem in order to fix it.

  • A screenshot which shows the problem.
  • The Confluence log file of your system.
  • The version of Confluence you are using.
  • The database and version you are using.

Installed this add on for a POC, very useful to create a customer address book and easy to use. It would be great if the phone numbers could be clickable so when clicked it would open the default calling software on the PC.
