This does not provide access to user entity data (as of May 2021). Also, the "Personally enabled" configuration doesn't work. It can only be "Enabled for all users" or globally disabled. If you're an admin with entity data you care about, you'll probably want to: enable this (globally), quick make your changes, then disable it and hope no one else happened to mess up any entity data. Note the "unsupported" tag for this Marketplace App, and consider just moving along.

Tomorrow it will be a year since the last review and this add-on still hasn't been fixed. It's useful for viewing issue entity properties, but doesn't work for user properties, exactly as described by Glenn Bullingham. It wasn't even updated for GDPR, since it can be seen in the dev console that it tries to use user key (which is undefined) when making a request to set a user property after "enable for me" option is checked. Atlassian team, this is (still) a useful add-on needed by developers - please find some time to make it even more useful.

"Unsupported" appears in this case to mean, "it works on my machine". Can't configure the App correctly (won't retain/set "Enable only for me" option) and when enabled globally, I'm still unable to select a Jira User from the presented drop-down, for which to configure entity properties for. Seemingly no documentation available, other than the ~2min silent video on the marketplace. Feels really rather poor given that it's listed as originating from Atlassian themselves. In fairness, I wouldn't have an interest in the tool at all if Atlassian were to resolve the long-standing disparity between User Properties (set via UI) and User Entity Properties (set via API).
