Unnecessary negative feedback to a app that just compiles tempo products into "Tempo" under your site.

Why should I download it when I want to use Tempo Planner only? The installation was strange. Took me several times to finally get it.

  Thanks for the feedback, and we're sorry the setup was more of a hassle than it should have been.

  To use Tempo Capacity Planner, you also need Tempo Core installed alongside it. Tempo Core is a free app that provides the foundational framework required to run Capacity Planner.

  Needing several attempts to get everything set up isn't the experience we want, and we're working on making the installation flow clearer and smoother. If you run into any further issues while using Capacity Planner, please reach out and we'll be happy to help.

For those who say this app doesn’t work: Tempo Core is just the core component. The support team is probably tired of explaining this again and again 🙂 To view time tracking tables and reports, you need to install an additional app that works together with Tempo Core.

  I’m sorry to hear that Tempo Core wasn’t working for you and that your experience with our support team was frustrating.

  In some cases, this can happen when Tempo Core is installed without the Tempo app needed for the desired functionality. Installing the relevant app(s) — Timesheets, Capacity Planner, or Financial Manager — usually resolves it.
