I saw a comment from you guys that you will be supporting for Jira DC in 2016-05-31. After 4 years we are not seeing in progress. Is there a timeline for it?

We have to restart (red action dot and then the play action button) the service almost 5 times a week before the syncing starts again. Why? When it works, it works okay.
