While there is a macro to insert the QR code into the confluence page, it will not export to PDF or Word which defeats the purpose, since it will only be needed when it's in print.

Hi Tyler,
we are always glad to get feedback, because this is a chance to improve. We released a version in April '24 that supports the export to PDF. Maybe it's just an update issue in your instance. If it doesn't work for you just raise a support ticket and we will investigate the issue.
Furthermore for Word Users there is a simple workaround. Just create the QR-Code for the page with qr2page and insert the created image into the page.
