Connector for Salesforce & Jira

Shoutout to Barbara & Felipe for hopping onto a quick call and helping deduce what was troubling our connection! We were moving to an integration user as the main connection point and kept running into a connection problem. Felipe & Barbara scheduled a call and walked me through the set-up process another time and we were able to identify the issue and correct the problem. Thanks for all the fantastic support! 9/24/25 - We revisited the prior issue I was having with a Trigger that updates Jira, we were able to identify the issue and resolve it in <15minutes, amazing support per usual. Excellent app - simple to use, does exactly what is required, and the customer support is also first rate.

It works!. Syncs both ways in real time. Both Jira and SF are generally painful to configure. So don't expect it to be simple to do yourself. BUT... they have chat support with a deep understanding and a lot of enthusiasm to get it working. Fixed all our problems with some chat and a phone call. Thanks to Amir Alvarez and Yamam.

We have been using the app for almost three years and it works quite well. There's a learning curve but the documentation is well-written. I've had to message support a few times over the course of our use and have always been able to resolve our issues. Shout to Yazmin Amestica for her thoroughness during our latest support request, she was immensely helpful!
