    We were tasked with implementing a solution for sales reps to have insight into Jira issues associated with their accounts and this connector did the trick. We were hitting some snags getting everything to sync the way we needed and wanted to get everything settled before our trial ended, and Pablo was kind enough to hop on a 4-way Zoom with the various admins involved. We appreciate the support even before our trial period ended!

    Until this connector provides a built in way to automatically sync fields when a binding is updated, this plugin will continue to be a bain to all its users. Sure there's a way to bulk push Jira -> SalesForce, but there is no way to bulk pull SalesForce -> Jira. This means if you add a new field to an already existing Binding, depending on the direction of the sync you need to trigger the bulk push separately or manually force a pull for X number of sync'd objects which can number in the thousands. I don't want to waste an entire day clicking the Sync button everytime the Binding changes. This is supposed to help save time. Not find different ways for me to waste it. If this was part of the functionality of the product, I'd most likely give this a 4 star. Since it is not, it's an incomplete automation tool. This is a glaring omission to an otherwise fine product. Edit for the above section: ServiceRocket did reach out and was able to give me a viable workaround that requires a more technical knowledge of apex code. While this was acceptable in my case, it's my hope that this is supported natively in the future so that people don't have to have such technological knowledge to complete. I updated my review to 3/4 stars. The only other thing that I feel could be done better in my company's case is to handle how people fields sync'd a little differently. The Binding for people fields basically need to be hard coded for every possible user sync for the field. This is quite burdensome to maintain and perhaps the developers could try up the names used in the field to sync. Meaning use the displayed value for the user's name in Salesfoce to handle the line up instead of using some long SalesForce id to a Jira user's name. It's a solvable problem to help further automation within the product.

    We use this connector on a daily basis and find it to be very adequate for our needs. Cases in SFDC get updated whenever a JIRA ticket is updated. Information is pushed back to JIRA if we need it. I do know that the setup was a little bit of work - but once you get it set right it's all very automated. Thank you for all your support!

    Awful. The documentation that Service Rocket keeps directing me to in order to work through the endless issues we are having has absolutely nothing in it and we are forced to wait a day or two for replies on urgent issues. Completely change the current behavior, force an upgrade, provide no documentation or support. Awesome.

    Do not use this add on. The auto-sync never finishes. Then uninstalling the add-on causes problems with workflow events. We have had to leave it installed, and enabled to keep our workflows working correctly. Very disappointed.

    Support is in Malaysia which results in a 24hr turn around when you have any technical problems just for a response. We normally have to call their Sales staff to actually get any traction or responses from the company. We are also now over 48 hours into an outage of the Cloud Connector and their team is still looking into it.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
