The app will not work for us and will not load after installation. I've spent 4 weeks and countless hours working with Appfire support (and now Confluence support) trying to install (and reinstall) this app into my Confluence instance. However, after installing it and troubleshooting with both Confluence support and Appfire support, I am still unable to get the Appfire app to load. Currently, there is no pathway to resolution and the Appfire team seems unwilling to properly investigate/fix the issue with Confluence. I want to use this app, and if it works as described, it could be very powerful, but I'm unable to invest further into this process. NOTE: I will update this review if/when Appfire can provide a pathway to proper installation and use.

This connector is great, it helps us provide reliable, data extracts in real-time to 3rd parties via Confluence without having to directly share access to our Salesforce instance. Very useful! (Thank you for resolving the pagination issue!)

The integration delivers on its promises, but it would be even better if it could display images, allow for filter duplication, and the ability to format the tables to hide the API field names. I'm thrilled to share that the customer support experience was exceptional! Today, I had to reach out to them with an issue, and they responded promptly with a successful solution. Their quick and effective assistance made my day!

Thought this would give us more power to update/manage/record all Salesforce objects and records. I wanted to be able to link a document to a specific Project record in our Salesforce db.

Great App, integration works perfectly with salesforce. Also the support is fast in solving bugs in the app.

Hi Fabian, we really appreciate taking the time and effort to tell us this. We are currently addressing the permission bug with the utmost importance at the moment, and we're anticipating a fix within the next few days. As for the lightning link, this is a new feature that will also be fully released in the next few days. It looks like we have mistakenly released the documentation update ahead of the feature release. Please know that we have done a post-mortem on our processes to ensure that this will not happen again in the future.
