    Issue & Project Level Files

    Use your own S3 Bucket

    Easy Permissions

Store files with issues, or share files with the whole team using project level files. Upload files of any size and use folders to get organized. Perfect for storing requirements, mockups, and other documentation.

Simple Cloud Files utilizes the S3 buckets you provide. Projects can share a single bucket or your can provide separate buckets for each project. If you ever stop using Jira, your files will still be in your bucket.

Define which user groups are allowed to upload, delete, or rename files, or create folders on a per-project basis using our built-in permissions.

    More details

Atlassian Cloud limits you to 25GB storage for your entire account. Break out of those limits with Simple Cloud Files for Jira.

Connect your Jira Cloud instance to an Amazon S3 Bucket, and instantly upgrade to unlimited storage. (Subject to Amazon S3 Pricing of course).

Share a single S3 bucket across all your projects, or define buckets on a per-project basis.

Simple Cloud Files allows you to store files on a project level, as well as issue level, and organize your files into folders however you see fit.

Built in permissions allow you to define the groups allowed to upload, delete, rename, or move files in each project.

Integration with Jira Service Desk allows your team to share files with customers on a conditional basis and allow them to upload files to their requests. Ideal for sharing large files.

If you use Confluence Cloud, check out Simple Cloud Files for Confluence.

Just love it! Additionally: I had a bug preventing me from uploading files. They called me for a conference - Support / Dev / Me - and tracked the error down. Next day (Saturday) patch was implemented in production version and my upload worked without doing anything from my side. Best Support ever :-)

When I originally saw this add-on available, I jumped straight into testing and found it was a little off what we were looking for. I decided to send an email to the Top Shelf Solutions team - and what a brilliant choice that proved to be. They implemented every change I required in order to make this add-on work for us. Including: - Displaying the add-on to customers via the customer portal. - Progress bar reliability issues. - Adding the ability to increase the timeout length. - Adding the ability to display the add-on only on certain tickets. It was a pleasure to work with their team and now this add-on has made it possible to finally kill off our FTP server. A brilliant, must download addition to your JIRA instance.

    Pricing FAQ

How does cloud app pricing work?

Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my cloud pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

If you've opted for annual billing for your Atlassian product, apps are also billed annually at a discount (12 months for the price of 10).

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

Can I extend my free trial?

For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

Top Shelf Solutions is a  Top Vendor, committed to providing support for their apps at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

    Summary

New Service Desk Features & Bug Fixes

    Details

    • fixed an issue where service desk tickets would sometimes think there was no bucket configured
