  This was a bug on the Atlassian side, whereby Jira Cloud was passing the wrong issue key when a customer (or Jira user) was navigating between issues of the same type in the Service Desk portal.

  The public Atlassian ticket for this was https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-82979 and was resolved in March, thus solving this issue.

Just love it! Additionally: I had a bug preventing me from uploading files. They called me for a conference - Support / Dev / Me - and tracked the error down. Next day (Saturday) patch was implemented in production version and my upload worked without doing anything from my side. Best Support ever :-)

When I originally saw this add-on available, I jumped straight into testing and found it was a little off what we were looking for. I decided to send an email to the Top Shelf Solutions team - and what a brilliant choice that proved to be. They implemented every change I required in order to make this add-on work for us. Including: - Displaying the add-on to customers via the customer portal. - Progress bar reliability issues. - Adding the ability to increase the timeout length. - Adding the ability to display the add-on only on certain tickets. It was a pleasure to work with their team and now this add-on has made it possible to finally kill off our FTP server. A brilliant, must download addition to your JIRA instance.
