IZI for Confluence (LMS, Training Courses, Quizzes)

izi LMS is okay but not great and they do not appear to be interested in improving the issues outlined below. #1 It does not create true records - in an exportable, "non-editable" format.  All that is available are messy .csv files.   If 21CFR Part 11 matters to you then this is not the answer. #2 Admin can't search for individual user training records, need to export .csv for all and filter. #3 No ability to archive a staff member who has left (or changed roles), training records are just gone (aside from the .csv which is not adequate). #4 Updates to training courses or quizzes result in loss of records (we need to keep records for many years). #5 Restarting a previous training quiz, just to have a look at the contents, deletes the record. If Stiltsoft could provide a solution to point #1 above that would be a workable solution, the rest are nice to have, but instead we are looking at alternatives and a messy change over as izi is not meet our needs.

I am very impressed with IZI LMS's customer support. On two occasions I have reached out to IZI LMS support with questions about functionality, based on use cases that are quirky and specific to my company. IZI LMS support was quick to respond, they took the time to truly understand my requirements, they answered my questions patiently and clearly.

My company has been using this LMS for a long time. Unfortunately, our customer experience has been disappointing. We've requested numerous features, but their deployment takes forever. There are better options available in the market.

For the price, it provides very good, basic functionality to put learners through Courses and provide the ability to verify knowledge with assessment quizzes. What I especially appreciate about this product is their support desk. They are incredibly responsive, helpful, and they take in enhancement requests and put them into consideration to make their product better. I will always recommend a company with this type of customer service. Thank you for all that you do!
