Image Galleries and Sliders

1) Poorly documented 2) Didn't find out how to use it, uploaded images (tried different hosts) gave it the URLs tried all the different settings. Only ever got a slider, no images. 3) Not free for small teams so they will have a hard time getting a user base. Just not for me. Sad really since it's a much needed feature. But I'll do without. I use confluence for free because my team is small I'm surprised this add-on cant be provided free for small teams as well. If it works, which I don't know for sure it does.

  1) So far, we have not received any support requests or inquiries regarding this matter. Therefore, we assume that the documentation is sufficient. Please feel free to contact us through our support form if anything is unclear.

  2) The addon already displays uploaded images from the search index, for example, as a slider. Images that have not yet been indexed in the search index are not displayed. The addon does not provide the capability to upload images but simply offers additional visualization options for the default behavior of Confluence.

  3) We are also a small team looking to generate revenue by providing this addon. Additionally, there are costs associated with hosting, maintenance, and development behind the addon. For these reasons, we cannot offer the addon as a free option for small businesses atm. Ultimately, Atlassian Confluence also provides a built-in gallery that can be used without any costs.

I could not use this unfortunately, as I couldn't remove images from the gallery again. I would also need the option to decide the size of the images, maybe it was already there and I couldn't find it. Otherwise it was great.

The addon only displays images that are present in the search index. If you do not wish to display certain images, you can use functions like the Label feature, for example.

Missing: allow hyperlinks behind each image. You now have a carrousel but not what people expect when clicking on an item. I also get "qsh validation failed" - not sure but I think an update is needed due to changes by Atlassian?

  Thank you for your feedback.

We solved the problem with the "QSH validation failed". This issue only occurred in relation to special characters in the search path.

This could be a great Plugin, but I wish they would fix two things: 1. The rerouting to the attachment page (away from the page I'm reading) when trying to enlarge an image 2. Let me select only the images I want to embed in this instance of the plugin on a particular page. Quite frequently I'd like to embed 2-3 galleries with only a few images and the process of filtering selected images is possible, but tedious. Thanks & have a great one

Please tell me how to install your app in my space and how to use it when I edit image in my doc. give me youtube or tutorial doc.
