Confluence 8.5.x compatibility and backend upgrades

Details

All customers with a Server license valid until this year should be able to upgrade to this version.

  • This upgrade is compatible with Confluence 8.5.x
    • It should work with any CF version from the latest 7.19.x to 8.5.x, but we will only support the latest 8.5.x LTS for now

All galleries were upgrade to use more modern techniques:

  • Accordeon, Grid are using only CSS now, the Javascript dependencies where removed
  • Carousel is based on the much more modern Swiper library now, some default settings were also adjusted
  • Column is based on MiniMasonry.js now
  • Before After Slider: the user library was upgraded (noUISlider)
