The SmartEcho real-time feedback solution is a two-way-interaction-system between a human being and a service provider.
The former uses the SmartEcho App, the latter uses the SmartEcho Plugin for Jira. Together client and company are connected to exchange feedback in an utmost efficient way.
With the Plugin you are able to generate SmartEcho QR Codes for each case. Supposing you’d like to monitor your hotel equipment, your new product launch or you would like to receive more information from the reader of your company magazine:
Generate the QR Code in the Jira backend and preset some feedback information for the app user (e.g. the serial number of a specific vendor machine). Therefore you just need to fill in some text forms, the Plugin will do the rest.
Print the code and place it on or nearby the object of interest. Done! Now the SmartEcho app user can scan the code and may use the data input screen of the app to send a request/feedback directly to your company's service.
