Found a bug that was affecting us, and Paul at Redmoon worked through it with me like a champ despite it taking 10 iterations (2 of which were unnecessary because of my error). Very easy to work with.

It is an excellent app if you need admin access levels.

We needed an app that would help keep delegated administrators from straying into the deeper aspects of Jira administration and this app does exactly that. The vendor is very responsive to support tickets and feature requests. Happy with the purchase. Thank you!
