This was the ideal tool of choice for our client who needed JIRA synced real-time with Azure DevOps. The 2 way sync was perfect for 2 teams managing a single backlog. Even when errors occurred their AI tooling was helpful to get you back on track.

We use Exalate for synchronization of requirements and bugs between Jira and Azure Dev Ops since several years and are very satisfied with stability and availability. During setup of the interface we got the needed support for fast and efficient implementation, testing and operation. The synchronization of the content between the two systems improves the team collaboration quality and efficiency, because we implemented a stronger connect between customer and development. Interfaces like Exalate are extremely helpful in complex environments with lot of historically grown subsystems for flexible interfacing.
