Since JIRA does not provide this feature, we had to build our own system to do it using JIRA API. The maintenance burden did not justify the development effort, when Work Time Calendar from BrizoIT works so well out of the box. We are very happy with it.

We had a migration to do for one of our internal teams, and they are using the Work Time Calendar. We reached out to the BrizoIT team, explained our concerns and our migration, and promptly they provided an amazing support, detailing all the steps we had to do on our end, while they were preparing everything on their side. Migration went smoothly and the internal customer/team have confirmed that everything is working fine with Work Time Calendar. Application works great and the support is Highly recommended.
