Can we schedule a troubleshooting session? You can book a session at iorad.youcanbookme.com. Let's see if we can figure out the issue.

Does not support Linux clients. Also, even with premium, I think data is stored offsite on iorad's servers. I would prefer sensitive company information be kept internal. Looks like it has potential though.

This add-on (including Iorad) is a brilliant addition to our growing Knowledge Base. It has been well received by our clients and we are moving full steam ahead with Iorad and the Iorad for Confluence add-on. What an intuitive, easy to use solution to e-learning. Thanks team!

It should have been stated that the plugin is just a _free_ interface for a _paid_ web service.

@evgeny I think there is a misunderstanding. Iorad is 100% free for all public tutorials. We are a web application that requires a separate sign up process but once you signup all public tutorials are free and no credit card is required. If you have any questions feel free to email me spatel @ iorad.com. Our premium plans come with privacy and branding.
