Same problem as reported by the other user: I can't access the admin feature of confluence after this add-on has been installed. Now I am going to have to troubleshoot how to get it back!!!!

Hello Heider, apologies for the problems, at the moment Template Ops is not yet compatible with Confluence 6 and by mistake was marked as compatible. We have already fixed and now is shown correctly on the Marketplace site.Thank you

This AddOn was causing major trouble when upgrading from 5.10.7 to 6.0.2/6.0.3 although marked as compatible. I wasn't able to enter any admin page anymore (Error 500) & has to enter safe mode via a REST call. Enabling all our plugins one by one and checking admin page access after each enablement let to this plugin causing the error. This is reproducible on our staging server: Adding the addon via Marketplace instantly causes the error again. I open a support call with Atlassian (CSP-191809).

This is unbelievable. If your "add-on" - can't run on any version of Confluence released this millenium, you need to implement some version detection to avoid causing annoying problems. Fail! 0 stars for you....by the way: it is spelled Oops....

Hello @Soeren Carl Bauer,

I'm Fede from DEISER. We are really sorry for any inconvenience this has brought up.

Now the issue, Template Ops is not supported as is a free app.

Unfortunately, this app only supports Confluence's versions from 5.2 until 5.10.9. You can see that on the Atlassian Marketplace. Please, keep in mind that there is also documentation where this is explained.

Again, we are really sorry for any kind of inconvenience.

Thank you very much.

Fede.

We had the same problems - not compatible with Confluence 6, so it rendered admin pages unreachable. I disabled just this plugin with the following steps: - Login to Confluence database (we use Postgres) - Run 'select PLUGINDATAID, PLUGINKEY, FILENAME, LASTMODDATE from PLUGINDATA;', find plugindataid for the template-ops plugin - Delete the plugin - in our case the id was 36012036, so I ran "delete from plugindata where plugindataid='36012036';" - Restart Confluence - Voila!
