Not able to track client interactions like meetings or emails. Good for sales pipelines but not great for tracking client activity.

We are glad to share that we’ve released a new version of Atlas CRM that contains the creation and tracking of customer interactions as you mentioned in this review. You can find it by visiting a Company, Contact, or Sale and then selecting the Interactions tab.
Customer interactions will also appear in the new Global Activity Stream which can be found by clicking the Atlas CRM logo in the top left of the app. This allows you to quickly see Customer Interactions and other activities straight from the homepage of Atlas CRM.

Definitely one of the better ones in the marketplace, but one crucial, yet simple feature is missing, which is different currency support and geographies. Hard to track international sales, when we have to deal with different currencies. Please include this feature! Otherwise, simple to use and great tool

Relations is an ideal supplement for us to organize all our marketing tasks inside Jira. The idea to connect issues with companies and contacts is quite genious (although obvious). This add-on seems to be quite young and some features may still be missing, but the team behind is really dedicated. They are taking bug reports and ideas for new features quite seriously, so I am really exited about features to come ... Currently we manage all our contacts and opportunities with Relations. We are quite satisfied!

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We know contact merging is an important feature and have discussed it extensively with you through support. As we mentioned, it’s a technically complex feature, but we’ve already tracked your request and truly value your input. Once we complete our migration to Atlassian’s Forge platform, we expect to move faster on highly requested improvements like this.
